We all have them…..the excuses of I’m too busy, I’m tired, I don’t feel like it, it costs too much money; the list goes on and can be contagious.

We are at odds over our time and our health. We must bridge the gap and there are plenty of things you can do to start living a more healthy lifestyle….and yes, they can be done in less than 10 minutes. Here are a few tips to kick start a healthier lifestyle:

  • Drink more water
  • Wake up 10 minutes earlier
  • Smile more
  • Take a quick walk
  • Eat an Apple
  • Make your bed every day
  • Start a gratitude journal
  • Stand up and stretch
  • Do 15 sit ups when you get up in the morning
  • Deep breathing or meditation
  • Play a game
  • Prepare a healthy meal
  • Sleep more
