The Platinum Service Center program is Peterbilt’s program to bring customer service to a higher level: a Platinum level. The program gives recognition to Peterbilt dealerships and service centers with top-notch performance.
To be eligible for the Peterbilt Platinum Service Center Program, dealers must meet strict criteria. Peterbilt will check a service center for:
- Strong management
- Quick check-ins
- Reasonable speed of service
- Workable operating hours
- Parts availability
- Well-trained technicians
- Adequate facilities
- And more!
Peterbilt will then certify those who reach a maximum score. The system runs on bonuses, not bare-minimum requirements, meaning only dealerships that go above and beyond receive Platinum certification.
What This Means For You
When you show up to a Platinum JX Truck Center, a professional service adviser will check your truck in and assign it to a technician for initial diagnostics ASAP – within 2 hours. JX’s commitment to you, our customer, and to the OEM, is to never have a 1 hour job in line behind a 10 hour job. Our advisor will then estimate your schedule of repairs and request approval via Paccar. Our trained technician will complete repairs on-time. When your truck is ready for the long-haul, our dealer will notify you, and you’ll be on the road before you know it.
