HARTLAND WI, January 22, 2020 – JX Truck Center – Champaign has relocated to a newly constructed facility located at 2408 North Cunningham Road Urbana, IL. Due to continued growth, the new facility will allow JX to better support customers and provide the JX team with an excellent work environment. The new facility has more service bays, larger parts warehousing, a number of additional amenities for both customers and associates.

“This move offers so many things that will allow us to provide an exceptional customer experience.” said Heath Littrel, Regional Operations Manager. “This includes the increased capacity of service bays and expanded parts inventory, along with extended hours and the convenient location” said Littrel. 

The JX Truck Center – Champaign team will continue to provide the same services such as semi truck repair, truck & trailer parts, financing, leasing & rental. The new building is approximately 23,000 square feet with 12 service bays and more than 6,500 square feet of parts storage. The relocation is also adding an additional 10-20 vital jobs to the surrounding area. 

“We have also integrated customer service “kiosks” in our new retail space to allow our customers a much more intimate, one on one, interaction with our parts and service experts.” added Littrel. “We wanted to make it comfortable, convenient and easy to fulfill our customers needs and get their trucks back on the road – and we have succeeded with this new facility.”
