JX Enterprises Named 2021 “Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation”
JX Enterprises was voted a 2021 “Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation” by Redefining the Road, the official magazine of the Women in Trucking Association.

Redefining the Road magazine created the award to support Women in Trucking’s mission to promote the accomplishments of companies that are focused on the employment of women in the trucking industry. Nominations were validated by an industry-wide vote. Votes were cast by JX company colleagues, transportation industry professionals, top executives, and professional drivers.
The 2021 key features that distinguish companies recognized include corporate cultures that support gender diversity, competitive compensation and benefits, flexible hours and work-life balance, professional development, and career advancement opportunities.
