At JX, we take pride in customer service and providing the best possible experience for our customers. After all, we are their partner for the long haul! To show our appreciation and dedication to our customers, we like to do something special each month.
We partnered with Milwaukee-based artist, Anita Burgermeister, to create a one-of-a-kind design. This month, we chose one of our customers out of our JX Truck Center – Rockford location, Vita Plus, whom are located in Lanark, Illinois.
On Wednesday, Ma
y 30th, we presented the artwork to a few Vita Plus employees, accompanied by Marty Kleker, Vice President of Sales, Dan Tinder, Regional Sales Manager, and Brad Adams, Regional Operations Manager for JX. The artwork featured their first purchase from us, a 2018 Peterbilt 567. The driver of the truck, Phil, shared that the truck is running extremely well, and expressed how much they “love and appreciate this truck over their other trucks!”.
After the presentation, we enjoyed a cake decorated the same way as the license plate showcased in the artwork. Our customer appreciation continues as we will showcase a different customer each month with a customized gift.
