“As a service shop manager of over 50 tractors good service is a must! in 2016 my company moved from one manufacture of tractors to Peterbilt. As any good shop owner/ manager can tell you receiving new equipment there’s the daunting task of learning warranty information, maintenance requirements and general operations of the Tractors. At this point I have used several dealers in the area I have used with out a derogatory word to say about any. However, one facility stands above! From the excellent timely service they provide to general help when needed. JX Peterbilt of Bloomington has risen to the occasion. Over the months of service we have received I can tell you there is not a person in that facility from Mike pippin my outside parts rep, the guys behind the parts counter that go above and beyond all the way to the general and service managers in the shop that wouldn’t hesitate to help make a customer happy! I would recommend this shop to anybody that expects nothing less than top notch service with a smile. With that said there’s one person that I’d like to especially Thank. In the overly busy world of trucking , no matter what issue I have, how long it will take or how busy they get over at the shop , I can’t think of a time she hasn’t pulled through and made it happen for us over here!
